The Physiotherapy Center provides a comprehensive range of specialized therapeutic services delivered by a professional team with extensive experience in rehabilitation. The center relies on evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, restoring functional ability, and preventing disability. In addition to serving SSH residents, the center also welcomes external patients by prior appointment.

Therapeutic Exercises

Including strengthening exercises, balance and coordination training, range of motion exercises, and gait training. Each exercise plan is individually tailored to meet the specific needs of every patient.

Manual Therapy

A range of hands-on techniques such as massage to improve blood circulation and release muscle tension, as well as joint mobilization to enhance flexibility and joint function.

Heat Therapy

Hot packs or infrared therapy to relax muscles and relieve pain.

Cold Therapy (Cryotherapy)

Cold packs to reduce inflammation and swelling.

Electrotherapy (EMS / TENS)

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) to relieve pain and stimulate muscles.

Ultrasound Therapy

To promote tissue healing and reduce pain in soft tissues.

Shockwave Therapy

For treating tendonitis, heel spurs, and muscle pain.

Traction Therapy

For relieving neck and lower-back pain.

Functional Rehabilitation

Training patients to perform daily activities safely and effectively, including posture correction to reduce pressure on the spine and joints.

Patient Education
