وقّع "مجمع الخدمات الاجتماعية الطبي – دار العجزة" ممثلاً بمديره العام الأستاذ زياد ملك، مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة LEAD Healthcare Consultancy ممثلة بمديرها الأستاذ أحمد مصطفى، والمتخصصة في تقديم الاستشارات الإدارية للقطاع الصحي، وذلك لتعزيز الشراكة الهادفة إلى تطوير الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية، وتحسين جودة البرامج المقدّمة لكبار السن وذوي الإعاقة والمرضى وتطوير المهارات الإدارية والمهنية لطواقم عمل "المجمع".
بموجب المذكرة ستساهم شركة LEAD في تقديم استشارات مهنية متنوعة تشمل الإدارة الصحية، أنظمة العمل، تطوير المرافق، والتدريب المتخصص، إضافة إلى دعم "المجمع" في إعداد وتنفيذ مشاريع صحية واجتماعية بالتعاون مع المنظمات الدولية.
من جهته، سيعمل "المجمع" على توفير التسهيلات اللازمة لتنفيذ البرامج والمشاريع المشتركة داخل مرافقه، واستقبال متدربين ومتطوعين وتوفير فرص عمل للمستفيدين من برامج التدريب التي تنفذها شركة LEAD، والمشاركة في التخطيط والمتابعة لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة.
على أن يَعقد الطرفان اجتماعات دورية لتقييم سير العمل، ومتابعة البرامج المنفّذة، وتحديد الاحتياجات المستجدة، إضافة إلى إمكانية إبرام اتفاقيات منفصلة لتطوير مشاريع جديدة.
يأتي هذا التعاون في سياق حرص الجانبين على رفع مستوى الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية، وتعزيز الابتكار وتحسين جودة الرعاية المقدّمة، بما ينسجم مع المعايير المهنية الحديثة ويواكب التطورات في القطاع الصحي.
The “Social Services Medical Center – Dar Al-Ajaza” represented by its General Manager, Mr. Ziad Malek, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LEAD Healthcare Consultancy, represented by its Director, Mr. Ahmad Mustafa. The company specializes in providing management consultancy services for the healthcare sector. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in developing healthcare and social services, improving the quality of programs provided to the elderly, persons with disabilities, and patients, as well as enhancing the administrative and professional skills of the Complex’s staff.
Under the memorandum, LEAD Healthcare Consultancy will provide a range of professional consultancy services, including healthcare management, operational systems, facility development, and specialized training. The company will also support the Complex in preparing and implementing healthcare and social projects in cooperation with international organizations.
For its part, the Complex will provide the necessary facilities for implementing joint programs and projects within its premises, host trainees and volunteers, provide employment opportunities for beneficiaries of LEAD’s training programs, and participate in planning and follow-up processes to ensure the achievement of the intended objectives.
The two parties will also hold periodic meetings to assess work progress, follow up on implemented programs, and identify emerging needs, in addition to the possibility of concluding separate agreements to develop new projects.
This cooperation reflects the commitment of both parties to enhancing the quality of healthcare and social services, promoting innovation, and improving the standard of care provided, in line with modern professional standards and ongoing developments in the healthcare sector.
